Major flaws in GP design

This champion is kinda really badly designed, a big late game champion which has the ability to just obliterate health bars in seconds without risking anything, and also which has one of the most safest lanning phase of the game,

So I want to breakdown why GP is such a problem, I'll explain this as in phases of the game.

Lanning phase: GP feels like one of the most frustrating champions to play against in lane purely because he's got the ability to turn almost any lane into a farm lane because of his Q farm and also zoning from his kegs, usually a decent GP would just put a keg behind him in case of possible ganks to either just blow it up and get instant movement speed and if he manages to get the enemy jungler cc'd also, and what's annoying about this is even if the jungler manages to bait or juke the kegs and manages to cc the champion all GP has to do is use his E and he's instantly free with a nice heal bonus also. Without a worry just rinse and repeat and have a free ticket to scale into late game.

Mid game: not much particularly changes although he should have his trinity force by that time which would be his first power spike and just continue to try and build IE

Late Game: So this is where it really highlights the his real problem. By now GP would have all of his main core items to be a real threat to any tank or carry, at this point he would be able to blow up 80 - 85% of a carry's health bar with just one keg, now although that sounds op which it kinda is, isn't really the problem, the issue with this, is having the ability do this but without risking anything, he literally can just put a keg down in short distant from himself, chain another keg just in front of it if he manages to pull it off, instantly obliterates most of your teams health bars and gives a huge advantage to the opposing team, and even if he doesn't manage to pull it off, no big deal just try again until you do there's no sacrifices to be made, he never actually has to put himself in any danger, which that is really a big issue.

Personally I would just recommend to remove the ability to ignore CC with his E, and yeah to be honest I think it's at a decent cooldown time but really you only need it once in team fight and it will give him some risk in the early game and not just a free pass, and nerfing his kegs to 50% I personally don't think it will do much although the delay between the kegs ticks he help a little bit. Either way I hope there will come more nerfing in the coming patches hopefully before worlds.

Dude he is below 50% total winrate after the Keg changes why does it matter for you that he gets more nerfs before worlds?

His kegs are E, and he doesnt ignore CC he cleanses it, which means he has to be hit by that CC and react to it.
