What are your thoughts on Waterwalking rune in regards to Ivern jungle?

So, Waterwalking. Of the choices which I get into below which may or may not be germane to the discussion, Waterwalking seems the most solid. Problem is it only applies to the river. This lets you travel to gank lanes faster, get to the dragon, helps you fight dragon or baron fights because it also gives you some damage too. Is it truly worth? +25 MS and the AP bonus is really nice but its only in the river....

(Background that you may not care about at all, which is fine. This is another rune I spend hours just sorta staring at, getting high and wondering what it's actual value is. For me, at least, Resolve into Sorcery feels the most solid, it covers most of the bases that Ivern used to cover with the old runes. Celerity, 4% ms, Ivern used to rune 4.5% MS quints in pretty much every ivern setup. So Celerity is a lock. after that its murky, Gathering Storm is not great when most games end before 30 minutes. Nullifying Orb is good if they have a lot of ap, but usually they don't. Ult Hat is useful in a general kind of way, its hard to feel it's impact when Daisy's CD is naturally pretty low. Scorch is a full ap ivern kind of rune, doesn't work here.)
