Change to LP Loss when you have an AFK or more...

I've been trying to get into ranked, I'm by no means great at LoL but I do enjoy it. I've noticed anytime you lose a player or more from your team due to... whatever excuse they may have you still lose the same amount of LP for the loss. I would suggest that it is unfair for players who are actually playing to get better to lose the same LP in their ranked matches for summoners who specifically disconnect or never enter the game to begin with as they do in a normal match. The reduction could be minimal (20% reduction to loss of LP for a loss for each AFK/Disconnected summoner) to help with players progression through ranked. There would of course be criteria to determine how long a player was away from the match to prevent people from taking advantage of the situation and more LP Lost for the Disconnected player. Thoughts?
