What more runes should i buy?

I hope this year we will have a price reduction on some runes

this is what i have

Seals

Armor health per level flat health

Blues

flat cdr Scalling cdr magic resist Mana regen (only 6)

Quints AD AP Attack speed Health regen Movement speed CDR(flat) Life steal Spellvamp Armor Armor pen

CDR per level(only 1 quint)

What other runes are a must buy?Or am i done with runes?
