Riot if lethality adc is going to get stronger...

Plz make lethality item Melee only and buff his ranged user that are allowed to build that EG jayce. Lethality meta wasn't fun to watch and now with LW change they're unfun even into lategame. Every time that we saw MF and Jhin (lucian and draven too) dominating the land via lethality, they ended up with a nerf to their crit part which was balanced.
