Does Riot ACTUALLY take their community's opinions into account?

The updates that Riot implements into the game seem to always either not involve, or even sometimes counter what the LoL community actually wants. Granting the understanding that a lot opinions in nearly any game's community aren't good, there's still a LOT of stuff that seems to be completely ignored. I am at the point where I am officially questioning Riot's methods and behavior regarding banning, suspension, buffs, nerfs, etc.. Nothing ever seems to go the way of popular demand when it comes to either cosmetic or actual programing changes. I'm not talking about bug fixes, I'm talking about simple mechanic fixes.

Many people liked 'Team Builder', the got rid of it. Many people are suspended for reasons that hardly make sense. Many people are constantly under fire from trolls, rude behavior, and unfortunate reports, and they can't seem to do anything about it.

This is not the way to run a community, and it's practically a dictatorship of entertainment. "Like it or leave, we don't care." That's pretty much what I imagine people from Riot saying if they read this. :/

I think I've made my point. I don't have to be right, I just want answers.

Yup this is Riot in a nutshell. "We have a vision for the game, and even though everyone hates it, we dont care." Dota 2 and Valve are LIGHT YEARS ahead of Riot and League in everything they do. Stuff the league community has been asking for for years, riot gives excuses as to why they cant do it....but Dota on the other hand has given its playerbase these same things from the get-go. Riot and League are gonna go down the shitter over the next year or two, while the other mobas take its place. Riot has lost all connection with how to run/balance their game and listen to the playerbase. Theyre utterly lost and disconnected

This is exactly what I've been thinking for a long time now.

Riot, honestly, doesn't give a shit about what any of us think about. I came to this conclusion with their flawed statistics, ridiculous excuses for removing viable modes and queue types (Dominion and Team Builder) and having the audacity to claim less people played URF mode at the end then at the beginning. They must have missed the queue times, because when URF was up for two weeks it was CONSTANTLY busy and people were having tons of fun and requesting it be extended, only again to have their voice drowned out.

The current system is basically "we're going to do what we want and if you don't like it, we dare you to leave over it." and that's exactly what I intend on doing. As much as I do love the game, or what this game was, I'm no longer remotely motivated to play because of the fact that they can change all my champions, with no notice and no refund, at any time and any item as well in the game. They have killed the queues with the removal of Team Builder and no viable replacement for blind pick - NOT ALL OF US WANT TO BE PROS. We just want to play a fun game.

Seeing as how Riven and Xin Zhao are buffed to hell and everybody's hell-bent on nerfing champions who have a bad enough time as it is in lane that aren't Riot/pro favorites, its time to move on. This is my last season, and frankly, I wish it didn't come to this but considering how this year is going to go I think we can all remember 2016 as the final year League had any relevancy.

Save me a spot on DOTA 2, bud!

Ummmm how do I select everything in the poll? Cause all of those happen to me, BUT, riot can't do anything about bad or rude players. They just happen.
