I sure hope they take Mord out of the "outdated" subclass

What I mean is, I'd like to see him as the high-damage, low-range burst mage he was originally. But more than that I hope they take him out of the Juggernaut subclass--because that subclass relies almost entirely on kits being outdated. It relies on the kind of mobility that makes Xin Zhao seem hyper mobile, the kind of abilities that make Veigar's R seem difficult in comparison, and the type of game where your teammates aren't your allies because you're relying on the poor coordination of solo queue just so the enemies can't properly counter you. That is, unless your damage numbers are set so obscenely high that they overcome your weakness to teams.

For every juggernaut, there are two types of games. Games you can play and will likely win based on stats alone because you weren't countered at top, or games you will get completely stomped n because you were countered top. There generally aren't enemies these champions go "even" with. They simply counter everyone who doesn't counter them because any enemy without the necessary mechanics in their kit just doesn't match their damage and sustain. Except, obviously, a fellow juggernaut.

I hope that, starting with Mordekaiser, they give to the juggernauts what the 2015 update should have given them in the first place-- identities and playstyles that don't rely solely on having bigger numbers than the opponent and praying they aren't picking second. I hope they decide which class they actually belong to instead of lumping out of date kits into a single, "we don't want to bother making them new abilities" class.
