If we're going to fix Tibbers, can we also fix Shaco's Clone?

For it being as iconic and integral to the kit as Tibbers is, and arguably even more so since who really uses Tibbers for much other than zone control, soaking damage, and the passive aura. Shaco's clone really needs to be much better since he relies on it whether he is AD and needs those autos to actually go off, or AP, and you need that clone to chase enemies properly.
