One thing I'm curious about seraphs.
I know this item is not built much anymore, but I believe it quite has some flaws in its design.
The reason why morellos are built so much is it bring suffcient mana on top of 20% cdr, unconditiona chunk of ap...and GV. Talk about overloaded. And then you have this item that sacrifices early game, into a item that only has a huge mana pool, no way to make an output since it has no cdr, and a active that grants you a shield. It is a really passive selection. And has low meaning to pick defensively since zhonyas are there.
Why just not give it the same sort of offensive passive like muramana, so you get a more significant powerspike when you buy this item rather than some ball of stats that the mage itemization is so critisized about?
