A Sensible ADC Itemization Nerf
So I've mentioned this in a couple posts and seen others do the same, however the suggestion was often lost in the topic it was mentioned and I think it deserves it's own standalone topic.
My issue in the interaction between
and
. The two combined proc when you're fully energized at the same time and at max level give an ADC a boost of of 520 magic damage on crit along with an AOE wave clear and a 35% boost in range. This has caused ADCs like
,
and
being able to output ridiculous burst damage leading to their nerfs.
The suggested change would be to make the magic damage unique, but not the effects. An ADC having both therefore would still be able to get extra wave clear, extra range and have their attacks energized faster. However on a crit they would deal only 400 magic damage at max level.
It's a slight nerf nothing crazy and to be quite frank I don't think ADCs are all that crazy (the boards just seem to have a different opinion than people in game).
