People still don't get it.

It's 2017 and you'd think the community at this point is generally smarter and more knowledgeable. Somehow though I still get people who don't understand the concept of a lvl 13 assassin with 5 items can 1 shot a Lvl 9 Rakan with no HP or defensive stats using only 2 abilities.

Apparently this REALLY requires riots immediate attention and should be dealt with Immediately. Riot for the sake of this player please balance your game.
