So this is an actual question, but riot...

Why does the resolve tree get a whole new slot in the second row? Isn't that a little unfair? Why not just get rid of Iron skin and Mirror shell, and make one more new rune all-together? I'm not angry, I just legitimately want to know. For those of you who don't know Riot is making a few rune changes in the next patch, with celestial body getting changed, inspiration no longer giving elixir duration for free, and press the attack gaining better burst but worse consistent damage for snowballing. All of these are good changes. But then I see a new rune for resolve called Bone plating, and immediately I think they're finally replacing Iron skin and Mirror shell, but instead they're adding second wind onto the second row, which seems unfair. I'm not mad about the rune, I'm confused why one class will get more choices then the others.
