simple fix for darius

revert all the changes since the rework. so he does not get prema ban still. and wont suck since you are still able to hit the heal. but wont rip someones head off with the damage at the start of the game.... atm I feel like he is rather bad. since if you miss the outer ring you just flat out lose. with no doubt. that trades lost.

when he came out after the rework he was fine, did not need any changes. he q damage was low early in (how it should be) yet he still does tons later on. as for the heal since it was a lot more simple to hit. the low damage early in was fine. as the heal would make trades fairly even.

that's just my thoughts. I main darius big time btw. I just hate how he is so inconsistent now.
