Malzahar needs 1 part of the passive, not both

I find it odd that in order to kill MOST MAGES you have to burst them down. I find it even odder since most mages need to be CC'd for you to not get 1 shot by them

I find it terribly odd when not only does he get a spell shield, but also a 90% damage reduction for a second afterwards. Why?

Are we just giving him power for the hell of it?

What is any mage suppose to do vs him? What is a burst assassin supposed to do? Jump on him, hit him, wait a full second, then kill him? You know how stupid that sounds?

I can see this on ryze. He cant just wombo you out of existance in 1 second. But on malz with a fucking long ass silence and a swarm?
