Looking for advice for placements
I am not good nor bad this is my first own account and I have promos and I am terrified and don't know what to do any advice?
I main adc, fairly new to game just looking for advice.

The advice I can give you is, just treat promos like any regular non-promo game. They aren't any different.
Don't play them when you're stressed out. Play when you feel like playing and your mindset is ready for it.
Don't let being in promos get to you, if you're good, you are able to climb up, if things go poorly.

Duo with your friend and go for a passive lane if you aren't confident in being on the aggressive. Play ADC's that can scale well too late (jinx, kog, w/e) hope that matchmaking won't match you with people who have played a lot more than you, good luck.
I was also wondering like in your opinions who are good champions to play in silver/gold elo as far as adc's go
Just play to have fun it shouldn't be causing you stress. Play the best you've got and don't get frustrated when you don't get through them the first time - most people don't. Just try again and use your one free win that you get from returning to the same promo.
Are there any adc's that are consistent early and strong late game?
Don't get caught and stick with your team. Often times it's better to do the wrong thing together than get caught out being the only one doing the right thing.
My advice is pay someone to do them for you LOL
