Eventual tank update? - Zac

After the Juggernaut update, Marksman update and soon the Mage update I reckon we will eventually one day get a Tank update as well. But even if not consider the following change to Zac.

All of Zac's abilities now scale with current health instead of ability power. (I'll leave the balancing numbers to Riot or you guys)

Why this change?

Well, this would make Zac the only champion, I think, that scales fully with health. Quite literally in every sense of the word really. Because of his hidden passive that makes him grow bigger the more health he has and smaller the less health he has, I think Riot has an amazing opportunity to make him unique and different from the other champions that scale mostly with AP or AD. And I think such a mechanic suits him the most out of any champion out there.

Now for the gameplay.

His ability damage scaling with current health opens up new play and counterplay possibilities. The bigger he is, the harder he hits. The smaller he is, the less he hits. The first way to counter him is to simply damage him. Poking him or trading with him will make him considerably weaker and weaker. The second way to counter him is to contest his blobblets. As he would use his abilities he would get weaker and weaker unless he picks up the missing chunks again. Naturally he would get countered by champions that can deal % of health damage. This also makes sense in a way that a huge blob falling on you would hurt much more than a small blob falling on you.

Another possible change would be to increase the range on his Q and the AoE of W E and R according to his size, although that might be pushing it a bit too far. Still, it would make sense for the AoE to increase with his size.

Now the biggest issue this might cause is that he would be unkillable while dealing crapload of damage. I think this could be somewhat balanced by lowering his base damage and instead focus more of it to his scaling. And because of this again the best way to counter him would be poking and simply hitting him. This way he might also be unique in the way that most tanks have good bases but scale poorly while he could have poor bases and scale moderately well while having clearly defined weaknesses and counterplay.

What do you guys think? I hope I posted this in the correct board.

It seems to open up the opportunity for him to get ahead and stay ahead. If he's getting damage from health, then he's starting to fall into Tahm Kench territory of obnoxious. He can already engage from a screen away. If he did so, he'd have a free combo on whoever he wanted, while all of his abilities are at their maximum potential. And if he's scaled to the point of where he barely gets any damage FROM bonus health, then it's a massive nerf compared to the AP scaling he could have had.

Seems unnecessary.

EDIT: Although, his CC scaling slightly relative to his size might be pretty cool.
