Aatrox Q Clarity

Hey Riot I've been wondering for a while about Aatrox's q timer's. Is it a bug or oversight that his q's do not have the same type of indicator as an enemy . In toolkit below her stats it has her q listed and its timer as it counts down to when she can q again. Is it possible to give the same type of window to see the countdown till he has to use another one or let it go on cooldown? I think this would help players to play against him and give clarity to his actions similar to stun counter or the change to R's old ! above your head. Would love to know if this is possible or if this is asking too much, thanks.
