Block System

I think that the block method for people going into a game is not needed. It takes time away from people who want to play the game but get punished and prevented from playing. If someone has time for only one game but gets hit by a 30 minute block, then they can't play. Riot, remove this please, I got hit by this for someone else leaving before.
