About the nami nerf

The last nami nerf has not only hit her laning face but also her mid/late game heal too. A loss of 25 heal is huge when used with %heal and shield and are easy to get into that phase. Since nami issue come all from her laning face, at least a 5% ap ratio (max 8% ap ratio) should be enough for compensate the nerf made to her W in the late game since nami commonly reach 300-400 ap (depend also by other rune like trascendence if CdR is capped or gathering storm if picked up instead of scorch) with her common build which mean 15-20 if 5% (or 24-32 if 8%) heal on later phase.
