Remake Option

Can we please fix the remake option into kicking people who don't move in fountain. What good is a remake option if people who disconnect from the loading screen because of their pc turning off or something and never come back are not kicked from the game automatically allowing us to remake a game. It is an insta ranked loss because of people who get disconnected like that but the system doesn't pick it up.
