Jungle buffs

Who doesn't miss season 5,6 buffs?

I still don't get what's this whole point of changing the jungle buffs with on season 7, who thought getting the buff from smiting Red would be a good idea on every jungle camp. If the reason is helping jungle assassins, it doesn't make a big change, you just buy some health potions and that's it, no one really plays or , there's no problem at all with , or (removing the little sentinels and bramblebacks really helps his Q passive) and blue and red are still the same. But why did Riot removed the buffs???
