Graves and Jhin should be able to kill wards without having to reload

Nothing is more annoying than taking too damn long to clear a vision ward as Jhin or Graves because you have to reload at least once or twice while you're clearing it, making you more vulnerable. Which is annoying since they are both generally immobile ADCs.
