Ping Proposal

No, this isn't talking about servers. I've always wanted a "Good job" or "thanks" ping to compliment the existing ones. Say a wild jungler mutes everyone for some reason and wants to thank his laner for giving a leash Simply "Thanks" ping would be great.

To potentially combat trolls abusing this, make it so if you are dead, you cannot ping "thanks" sarcasticly or "good job" to insult rather than reaffirm.
