PSA: the time at which your team is strongest and how to maximize it

ok so i just got out of a game, where as expected the team with early game champions destroyed us early. All game i got my team to turtle and farm and look for small picks, eventually our late game team comp got to late game, and we won. please look at the comps before you just go on auto pilot mode and treat the game without any thought, it can and will cost you the game.
