Runaan's Hurricane Range & Shiv + firecannon passive

Max range is smaller then most champions, especially when coupled with firecannon, making it useless for long-range champs (such as cait). Why it's in the suggested items I have no clue.

Firecannon and shiv are two separate passives (they shouldn't be) so you can get both procing at once, and are outright better.

Suggestion: Scale hurricane to champion's range (range-something = hurricane proc) but scale the AOE range inversely to the champions aa range (so, shorter range champs can 'reach' slightly further with the splitfire). Or... something similar, where the AOE gets wider as champs get closer to you. Something like that.

Obviously this would be "current" maximum range, not the base of the champion's.
