Erm...why again?

May i ask why is riot nerfing Elise again? I thought she was decent around 50% winrate after she regained her position. She was indeed Op in the last patch but after her Q nerf I thought she was quite fine

There are other things to nerf these days especially toplane which is overcrowding the bans. and I think its real awkward riot decided to nerf her in this current time where mage junglers are scarce
