Which champions do you think benefits most from Assassin's dagger?
Assuming it remains the way it is who does it best helps. I don' think it will be spike assassins but mobility assassins in addition to thunderlord or fervor

Probably Talon. Zed won't care because it will be removed by QSS or Zhonyas and he doesn't need it if you don't have either of those items.
