Meddler: What is your current opinion of Corki's state?

Personally after the nerfs I think he's the game's worst character. But, this is nothing new and Corki seems to either always be too weak or too strong, and a lot of that seems tied in with the strength of Trinity Force. Now that Trinity Force is getting reworked, I feel like it might be even worse on Corki than it already is, thus nerfing him further? Is there a mini-rework lined up for him? What is the balance team's opinion? Thanks in advance.
