Healthbar, Name, and Champion look shaky when on locked camera.

I took about a month and a half break from League, and when I came back, I noticed my name, health bar, and champion where shaking when I move with the locked camera. It never did this before. Oh, and I am getting 60fps while this is happening. I have messed with my graphics settings by putting them on low, default, and highest. I have also messed with the anti aliasing, v-sync, and framerate cap. Nothing changes. I see that other people are having this problem, so I'm just putting this out there to help this issue get noticed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
