Leaver Buster!

Okay so leaver buster automatically shows up if you leave a game. So when you get dc it counts as a leave and even if you reconnect in 20 seconds you get punished by this leaver system. I am going to give you a much better idea that will help this system. That is you only get the leaver punishment if the game is lost. I dc and then came back within the next minute and we won the game still because that clearly didn't make a huge impact on the game. So why am i receiving punishment for this short dc?
