Help me build rune pages?

Returning player here. And I'd love some help on building my rune pages. I've got 10 unlocked with 3 main builds. I've got about 6k IP points to spend on runes.

Here is what I currently have (have 9 of all): Greater Mark of Scaling Attack Damage (+2.43 @ 18) Greater Mark of Armor (.91 armor) Greater Mark of Attack Damage (.95 attack damage) Greater Mark of Magic Penetration (.87 magic pen) Greater Seal of Health (+8.0 health) Greater Seal of Mana Reg (.41/5sec) Great Glyph of AP (1.2 ap) Greater Glyph of Magic Resist (1.3 magic resist) Greater Glyph of Crit Chance (.28% crit chance)

Quints: Scaling attack damage (4.5 @ 18) x2 Critical Chance (1.86%) AP (+5 AP) x3 Health (+26 health) Scaling Mana (+75 @ 18)

Champions I'm looking into building: ADC Ezreal AP Annie Alistar (whatever is best to play him as) Tank Malphite Nunu (best way to play him as)
