Why is this game so broken???

ok first I am going to point this out I haven't play this game in like 3 years if not more. I came back to it hoping they would fix some of the problems I started to see back then. only to find they are 10 times worse. Towers do so little damage that 2 people can take it out standing under it with no minions. Items are contentiously changing for both good and worst. the last problem I see is the buff and debuff of champions. I think buffing and debuffing champs is just dumb. at the start of this game no champ was op. and champs shouldn't come out till it is balanced. well that is my rant about why I think this game has gone down hill. take it as you will. ^_^ have fun and a good day
