Revert Cho'Gath's W

Why was the delay on his silence added, exactly? The excuse we were given was that it felt "unfair" to flash out of it and still receive the damage / silence afterwards.

Even though that problem could have been solved by making the silence and damage instant, rather than adding in a clunky-ass delay that makes playing against anything mobile (which is 80% of the champion roster these days) completely impossible.

Even though Annie's W is instant.

Even though Kassadin's E is instant.

Even though nearly every ability in the game, including auto attacks, will still follow you regardless of whether you flash or not.
