Neat Vladimir Combo

For all you Vladimir mains, I've found a neat combo that can deal a decent chunk of damage. With E + Q, you can charge and let loose tides of blood near your opponent and cast transfusion after your opponent is slowed.

I recommend using this combo when your opponent is under their tower since you can use 2 abilities for one tower shot.
