_Skarner is from a species of land dwelling scorpions that existed in the days long before humans inhabited runeterra. They were able to live exceptionally long lives and existed until humans came about and began casting magic against them. Skarner burrowed underground at an ancient rune site of his kind and stayed there until recently, when he was unearthed by a team of archaeologists. He awoken from his long slumber only to discover that his presence in the runes for so long changed him -- He had become crystallized. With the energy of the runes flowing through his ancient blood, Skarner aims to seek revenge on the humans that cost him his entire species. _
Passive - Runic Venom
Skarner's abilities add stacks of Runic Venom to the target. At 3 stacks, his next basic attack deals 30 (+10 per Level) bonus magic damage and Crystallizes the target for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds.
Crystallized - Stunned and locked in place, preventing any sort of displacements.
Q - Crystalline Charge | 22/24/26/28/30 Mana | 4 Second Cooldown
Skarner charges the earth around him, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.3 AD) Physical Damage. The earth there remains charged for up to 15 seconds, and Skarner gains increased Mana Regen on charged earth.
Casting Crystal Charge on charged earth will reduce the cooldown by 50% and deal double damage.
W - Prismatic Skin | 80 Mana | 20/19/18/17/16 Second Cooldown
Skarner charges his Crystalline Skin with runic energy for up to 6 seconds, gaining a shield for 10/12/14/16/18% of his Maximum Health.
When the shield is destroyed or after 6 seconds, the reinforced Crystals erupt, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+1.4 Bonus AD) Physical Damage to nearby enemies.
E - Wall Burrow | 100/90/80/70/60 Mana | 24/21/18/15/12 Second Cooldown
Skarner burrows into a wall for up to 6 seconds, becoming invisible to enemy champions while in terrain. He may leap out of the terrain by recasting the ability, gaining 40/50/60/70/80% attack speed for 4 seconds.
Skarner may not burrow into a wall if he is in combat with an enemy champion.
R - Crystallizing Sting | 100 Mana | 120/100/80 Second Cooldown
Skarner stings a target enemy champion, Crystallizing them for 1.75/2/2.25 seconds and dealing 75/125/175 (+0.5 AD) Damage. Skarner drags his helpless victim around with him freely while they are Crystallized, but may not basic attack them or cast any abilities but Q and W. When the ability ends or if the enemy is cleansed, they are dealt the initial damage again.
