Most of the masteries still do not feel very impactful

The vast majority of them are still minute invisible power and stat boosts, with exceptions being few and far between.

In ferocity, all of the non-keystone options do not feel powerful, despite being decently so. Warlords is worthless earlygame but feels good once you get an item. Fervor of battle is just straight up free damage, and DFT is a small enough amount of damage that you do not notice it by itself, but it adds up over a long period of time to make DOT champs seem broken.

In cunning, things feel a lot more impactful. Dangerous game has saved all of our asses more than once over the years, Bandit feels great on supports, and Intelligence is beyond amazing. The keystones are all impactful here as well; Thunderlords is absolutely crazy, windspeakers is awesome on some supports, and Stormraiders (while it currently feels a bit lackluster) has the potential to be good.

In resolve, we slip back into boring stats and invisible power. With the exception of Swiftness and Insight, all of the non-keystones are pretty unnoticeable. Bond of Stone is great on paper, but it is a small enough factor that it is difficult to tell when you are taking hits for your ally. Strength of Ages is decent, but it is just a simple stat boost that says "you have more health", and it isn't even immediately useful since you have to stack it up (15 seige minion kills, which takes a minimum of 30 minutes unless you are farming multiple lanes, or 30 jungle camps, which will take a while as well). The saving grace of this tree is Grasp of Undying, since it provides quite a bit of damage and healing.

There are enough masteries that don't feel impactful that I am just going to leave recommendations for Keystones. Fervor of Battle: Onhit damage Increased attack speed cap and stacking attack speed buff upon basic attacking a champion. Stormraiders surge: Dealing 30% of a ca Strength of Ages: Killing or assisting in the kill of a champion, structure, or epic monster also counts for stacks. Bond of Stone: persistant damage reduction Standing in between an allied champion and a source of damage causes you to take 10% of the damage for them.
