Riot fix your damn game!

I've been playing this game for about a year or so, and i joined ranked at the beggining of s5. i start in b4 and climbed to s5. i was in promos to s4 and lost. After that lose i started to lose more and more games. I was at 0LP in S5 and won a few then lost many. And i have just recently dropped to b1. And am close to dropping to b2. What im trying to say to you riot is that you need to fix the people you are put with. Same Skill Level first of all and less trolls. And more of a punishment to those reported in the categories that suggest they troll, Because of trolling i have lost almost all of my last 50 games. I'm just trying to say your not doing a good job at keeping the trolls away from people that really want to play. Today I also lost 40LP from one game. Like holy ^*** it takes 3 games to regain that much.
