ok I got this suggestion not that great also not that bad. Mord q basic is really extremely slow, which is hard to proc the 3rd one. but ofc he will be able too. however its just hard.

my suggestion is that we increase the attack speed animation while on the other hand decrease the damage a bit.
make sense?
