laggies game ever

m8 i just dc d from a game where i get 80 ping constantly second time today i literally cant play i have good pc good ntermet usually get 50 ping now i get 60 to 70 my champion is sliding my q doesnt hit the cannon like what i can i do to actually play this game riot anyone have any suggestions? i restarted the client got 50 ping for literlaly 2 seconds then back to 70 80 :((((((
