fixing extreme rank mismatch

OKay, multiple levels of rank are allowed in normals. thats okay. I'm not complaining about that. But I was just in a game with mostly bronze on my team. one or two silver levels.

other team had bronze, silver.. and a gold 1, who was PLAT LAST SEASON. The jerk duo'd with a B4 just to stomp newbies. Which he did. the game was disgustingly unbalanced!

CMON riot! Please stop this kind of matchmaking! merely taking the "average mmr" is not adequate, when the matching is this out of whack. When you have a gold+ in a match that also has bronze, you shouldnt make the match until you have equivalent high ranks on ** BOTH SIDES.**
