Btw while were at it can we please nerf varus somewhere else if they wanna add that w passive and maybe to something similar with teemo Where maybe his e could switch between High damage over short spam or maybe like High damage long period of time maybe like 6 seconds so like 50 damage spaces out in between ticks like normal passive Or like 35 over 2 seconds so that the high damage is more bursty but the long spam deals more damage over time
