Simple Idea to Improve Hardships in Ranked Ladder

We all had this experience where we are just constantly demoting and demoting nonstop. It doesn't get any better when there's a division below bronze. I like the Honor system idea and everything. But let's expand it. What if you were to write notes to someone on top of honoring someone to appreciate their attitude and gameplay? Of course, some people will honor you just to abuse writing toxic shit to you but you can have an option to throw it in the trash bin. But what about an option to see all of the positive notes throughout your time in League of Legends. Showing "Hey I'm not trash, Others' don't think so" so whenever you're feeling down you can just look at these nice reviews everyone showed you. You can look at them whenever you want and know who sent it to you, when, and what champ they were playing and being able to see that matchup. "You really carried us" or "You're a great Yasuo" and "We love having you around the team" or even better "sorry for being toxic, I just wasn't myself, I was having a bad game. You played great". I know most people won't send stuff like this and just go to the next game. But if someone did send you an honor along with a nice comment it would make some people's day better. I know Riot won't know it existed, let alone add it. But it would make ranked so much better.
