Is precision going to be mandatory for non-tank junglers?

Considering that the precision line gives attack speed, wouldn't many junglers want to go in that line just to get the primary early game stat that they want? Precision+inspiration would give you 18% AS, free boots at level 10, and the channeled mini-flash ability. That seems kind of mandatory for non-tank junglers. Tank junglers of course would have to go resolve+inspiration.
