Please buff Kayn

Infinite mobility combined with absurd damage, sustain, and CC is clearly not good enough for this poor weak champion. The fact that he takes at least the first 20 minutes to rack up 30 kills clearly shows he is underperforming. All the losers and bads are going to quit the game soon if they can't hit legendary by smashing their face into their keyboard. Please buff this champion hard. He could use his damage doubled and his base stats buffed through the roof because he is clearly not tanky enough.

How I explained kayn to someone who used to play lol and doesn't anymore:

He's really weak early game. He can walk through walls and plays in the jungle. After attacking enemies enough he can transform into a squishy assassin or a bruiser. The bruiser form is generally better and he basically feels like a fed akali (this was before her rework) even without being fed. Yeah... he basically runs around nuking everything while healing up all the damage you do to him.

But it's okay... we've got new akali now - so kayn actually appears moderately balanced.
