Rek'sai's new ult seems scary, can noc's ult get some love too ?

you get marked and then a creepy howl of a monster that's going to show up soon and murder yo is scary shit!

But then ult now feels like OH! he's coming let me get ready! or oops i'm dead because AD karthus is gonna ult me when he's in range. It kinda doesn't feel scary it's kinda just like oh hey noct is coming again. I think it lacks terror for a champ that's supposed to be all about that. As a player I onjly fear his ult if i'm like 100 hp and about to die any ways by any global.

TL;DR I don't think is scary at all in any way.
