Adding numbers on Ignite, Heal and Barrier icon

I had this idea a while ago, I'm from EUW and someone told me to propose this on the NA forum aswell

When i saw that Smite has it's damage on the icon, or on the buff bar, I thought "Why don't Ignite has it too?" Because every time, in early game expecially, I'm fighting and i don't know if I can actually use it efficently or not I have to hover on the i icon and wait the tooltip to read the actual damage, which is a bi annoying and time wasting in my opinion, so putting it on the icon or in the buff bar would help a lot, and the same for Heal and Barrier!

TL;DR Adding the values of Ignite, Heal and Barrier on the icon or in the buff bar would be great!
