Lissandra new passive feels bad

Lissandra's new passive is too slow and too ineffective. She needs a more relevant passive.

To be honest, the passive needs some sort of "always on" function that makes it viable when she's not killing people. There are a lot of multifunctional passives that operate like that these days.

It’s worked out quite well for me. Makes people regret grouping up even more against her.

For a mage who primarily does solo lanes, its useless in laning phase unless she gets ganked and gets a kill. Thats the only reason i can see it being useful for the laning phase. It has a good use in team fights but thats all she is now, a team fighter. Its sad to see that shes become even more reliant than before, at least before I felt like I could actually 1 v 1 someone late game, but with her damage reductions in exchange for a passive that has use only in team fights doesn't balance out the rest of her reductions that weren't needed because she already lacked in damage before. The passive needs to be more useful while fighting, not triggered after a fight or when one person is killed. They could give lissandra a starting item like viktor that has unique buffs only to her, that gives her better fighting capabilites and laning
