My list of bad champions spells that should imo get a rework
Tormented Soil (W) - That ability is such a let down for me. It only does damage without any other additionnal effect. Unlike Any ground aoe ability that can zone ennemies, this ability doesn't burst, reduce armor or even apply grievous wound. On top of that, Morgana is now mainly played as a support. This ability is beyond bad for me and Riot should tune it up a bit.
Essence Flux (W) - That ability seems out of place for me. Ezreal is an ADC, yet he can support his allies by giving them attack speed....? and who would actually do that when this skill can also deal damage. It scales in AP, as a very slim aoe and range and is basically a very awkward way for Ezreal to get attack speed compared to some other adcs

Gleaming Quill (Q) - The most awkward healing skill in the game. Mixed with unsatisfying dmg, low range, high cooldown on early level and scaling healing PER level instead of the spell's level, this ability is beyond useless. You have to actually hit an ennemy champion AND THEN touch your allie for it to heal you and your allies. Otherwise, you'll heal youself in 3 seconds. No wonder why people max this skill last. His double shield and knockup are worth way more than this Garbage spell.
