How are supports judged for Ranks?
I have seen similar scores get S rank, but only got an A rank :(
got me thinking how does the system judge support champions for ranks?

See, the problem with everyone trying to get an S in ARAM is that they think you need to stay alive.
You could not be 100% more wrong.
You want to stay alive most the time, sure, but if you don't die you can't buy new items and then you're dealing no damage and you're not actually supporting. Right now, in your game, you played as a fish. Not even a strong fish, you were just a literal fish just kind of sitting there; casting bubbles and tidal waves every so often, but not really impacting the game much else.
As a basically ARAM only player, you can cap an S on most supports easily with a score of only about 5/2/43 or so. Delay your deaths as long as you can but take an execute or two so you can still buy and actually impact the game. Honestly, for a 15 minute ARAM game only, I feel your grade should be higher, but I also don't play Nami. And we all know we've seen some carry Nami's. I do believe the grading system works by comparing your stats to that of the average players on that champion. (Don't quote me on this though.) In this case, Nami being such a strong pick, your expectations are probably going to be really high to get an S on her.
EDIT: Yee, it mostly was probably just your damage. I just double checked my last S supp game and my damage was on par with the rest of my team. Only S- though I do believe that one, too many deaths. I have noticed you usually need at least double your deaths in kills for an S though.
The issue is it's Howling Abyss. You are going to be judged against other Namis on that mode. If you are comparing to anything on Summoner's Rift, that's not applicable here.
Taking a wild guess, but getting more cs will always boost your rank no matter what mode you're in. That might be some of the issue. As previously stated, not dying equals not having items which effects your damage output which is likely part of the system.
Also, there are no supports in ARAM. You can build that way if you prefer, but your job is to output damage as much as anything else. Nami is fairly easy to build ap and take nice chunks out of enemy team.
lol your playing aram who cares
