FIX HEXTECH KEY FRAGMENTS

I always get the max # of chests available and right now I have 7 but 1 key fragment. you guys need to make a new key fragment system because they don't balance out with the amount of chests you get. I have to wait 1 month before opening a new chests while the others stack.
